InCompliance accounts for contributions, disbursements, deposits, and maintains receipt documentation while keeping accurate and meticulous records. We advise clients about the various options to engage in the political process and help determine and organize the most appropriate finance structure.

We will handle contribution processing. We will verify contribution permissibility per federal or state regulation, create copies of checks, file contribution data for recordkeeping and tracking per federal regulations, and ensure that contributions are deposited into the appropriate bank accounts in timely manner as directed by federal and state statute.
InCompliance has a well maintained reputation. As such, it will be expected that the client will supply InCompliance with all pertinent information related to finances that is necessary for accurate record keeping and reporting in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in inaccurate reporting and removal of InCompliance representatives as Treasurer.
